This is a combined package of TeX 3.1, Metafont 2.7 and dvips 5.47 with a
few fonts for a write-black Adobe PostScript printer.

The software was compiled on and for a AT&T 3B1 running 3.51.
I expect that it would run on a 3.5 system with no trouble.
It may on a 3.5 system as well.

The file size was chosen so that if one initialized a floppy with
/usr/lib/iv/FD10nl and did a mkfs /dev/fp021 790:16, the files would
just fit on a single floppy each.

The format of the files is such that:
	cd /usr/local
	cat tmd.cp.Zxa? | uncompress | cpio -icmudv
will place the files where they belong.  The binaries go to /usr/local/bin
and the data files go to /usr/local/lib/tex and /usr/local/lib/mf.  The
file names are compiled into the executable so they would be difficult to
change.

The program were compiled using the standard C compiler with the cpp from
the nlint package.  The TeX storage model is the small model.

These values were computed on a SGI 4D/20 running IRIX 3.3.2.
At least one set should match the 3B1 computed values.
